Scott Tauber was born and raised in Brooklyn. His family began roasting in Brooklyn in 1923. Their focus was in the Specialty Food trade as well as restaurant and food services suppliers. Scott grew up in the business and now has over 40 years of coffee experience. He became partner and plant manager of a 50,000 square ft roasting plant refining the roasting process using state of the art roasters.
Raymond Borriello was born and raised in Brooklyn. He has over 30 years experience in the food industry. He worked with an established wholesale food distributor for 25 years acquiring diversified management experience in sales. operations and purchasing. He then started is own company selling coffee and other food products.
With Scott’s knowledge of coffee, roasting and plant management, and Raymond’s knowledge of sales and distribution, Brooklyn Coffeehouse was born.
